Never thought Brotherhood would be that awesome!

Ghadi and Sary are getting more in harmony together!
Brotherhood is so beautiful and they both apparently enjoy it
Ghadi plays the most important role in this!
He clearly loves his brother and expresses his love (in so many different ways!)
But he often shown affection and tenderness, which is a part of Ghadi’s personality we don’t see every day!

Sary can walk!

At last, Sary can walk!
All by himself, at age 1 year & 3 months exactly, sary is finally able to leave your finger and walk…
And make solid steps into this world!

He’s blossoming and he is more adorable than ever!
He likes to sing in his own language and we hear him often making rhythmic sounds and he can also say the following words:
Papa
Mama
Baby!
kaka!

And, of course, he definitely can say: gooooooooal!!!!!!!

Yes
And he says whole sentences in his own words!
Sary is so funny and cuddly and he enjoys all sort of hide and seek games and most of all, he enjoys going out!
He grasps my finger and leads me to the front door, and looks at me…and bumbles and whines and even cries until we go out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love June…
It’s summer
It’s hot yet not so humid…
and it’s part of the magic that makes June one of my favorite months!

Misty Coast road!

I took these shots couple weeks ago,
I've never seen the coast road in fog before!
it was kind of scary!
and exciting!

My Boy wants another mom!

Last night I’ve passed through one of the big tests in parenting!
Ghadi said he wants to live in another home, where he can play as much as he wanted!

Luckily, I’ve read about this just couple weeks ago, (otherwise I would have had a heart attack), so I was well prepared for such situation… still, my heart bumped quickly as I heard him say that
I took the whole subject calmly, and I started a long conversation with him to discuss his statement…
Then I told him he can go but he shall leave all his stuff at our home, and that he won’t be able to live with us
And that other homes have rules as well, rules that could be more strict than ours!

And when he mentioned he wanted a nicer mom, I was instantly panicked but, I was so confident and firm replying: but I’m the best mom in the world honey!
And I waited for his reaction…
He smiled and his eyes were shining, then he said: yeah, right and he was almost willing to hug me (which he didn’t do indeed)

I would say that after almost 5 years of parenting , this was the hardest part…
And I tried to think about the  coming years, the adolescent Ghadi, the teenager
Ghadi now listened to me and talked about his wishes and his feelings…
Definitely he would NOT have the same patience later…

So now I'm having the urge to read more about parenting! More about boys… and more about anger management!
